If you have more information, such as death, marriage, etc., on any of the children mentioned above, please start a new form and add him/her as the main individual. I will always assume the children are of the first spouse unless you make a notation otherwise.  You could use the text box, below, to designate, for example, "Children 1-5 are from the union of spouse #1, no children by spouse #2, and the third spouse is Carol WALTERS b 18 Jan 1821 Bedford Co.,PA; d Feb 1882, and ch 6-8 are hers".  Please also note whether any spouse was previously married, and if so, the name of their previous spouse(s).  Divorces can be noted below as well.
