KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
That we, Barbara Gordon Conrad
Plotner Geo Plotner of the county of Fairfield and state of Ohio, are held and firmly bound unto T.
Sturjean Treasurer of said county and his successor in office, for the time being, in the sum of five hundred dollars -- lawful
money, for the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and
administrators, jointly and severally by these presents. Signed and sealed this 24th
day of Febr A.D. 1823
THE CONDITIONS of the above obligation are
such, that is the above bound Barbara shall well, truly, faithfully and impartially administer the goods, chattels, and personal estate of Saml Girdon late of the county aforesaid, deceased, and do and perform all and every of the duties of the administatrix of and to the estate aforesaid, agreeably to the laws and usages of the said state of Ohio, then the above obligation shall be void and of none effect, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.
