Obituary of a daughter: Berry.- Mary, daughter of George and Nora (Waller, Hallard) Link, was born June 22, 1922; died of cancer at Lima, Ohio, May 8, 1985; aged 62 y. On Nov. 5, 1943, she was married to Melvin Berry, who survives. Also surviving are one son (M. Daniel), one daughter (Diane Sue Berry), one granddaughter, and 3 brothers (Kenneth Hallard, Charles Link, and Don Link). She was a member of Salem Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on May 11, in charge of Richard Martin and Larry Rohrer; interment in Salem Cemetery. [unknown original source]
OBIT: Mrs. Nora H. Link, 83... died Thursday in St. Rita's Hospital. Born June 22, 1892, in Paulding county, she was a daughter of Hiram and Sarah Artz Wallar. She was married to the late Albert Hallard, and the late George Link. Surviving are six sons, John Hallard of Delphos, Seth (Bud) Hallard of 108 E. Edwards, Kennth Hallard of Rt. 2, Spencerville, Robert Link of Columbus Grove, Charles and Don Link of Delphos, a daughter Mrs. Melvin (Mary) Berry of Main street, Elida.
