Services for George H. Link, 68, retired carpetner, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Delphos Evangelical United Brethren Church. The Rev. N. D. Bevis will officiate and burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery, north of Wetzel. Mr. Link died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday in St. Rita's Hospital, Lima, following complications of a five-year illness. He had been seriously ill two weeks. He was born Sept. 7, 1885 in Franklin Co., Ohio, and was a member of the Delphos Evangelical United Brethren Church. On Nov. 13, 1920 he married Nora Hallard, who survives, alone with a daughter, Mrs. Mary Berry; six sons, Robert, Charles and Donald all of Delphos, and John Seth E., and Kenneth Hallard all of Lima; two brothers, Sam and Richard Link, both of Delphos, and a sister Mrs. Mary Vondram, Delphos. The body will remain in the harter & Son Funeral Home until time of services. [Lima News, Lima, Ohio, July 28, 1954]
