[22471] NOTE: I don't understand yet when this individual took the surname BELL. In the 1880 census I found them under BELL, yet all the rest of his family in later census's shown the name BOLLINGER. Rhenius is a grocery merchant, and one or more of his brothers occupations are shown as grocery clerks. Since they all reside in Kalamazoo, perhaps his brothers worked for him? Yet why have a different surname? Info submitted to the Ancestral File at the only FHL shows Rhenious's mother's maiden name as DAVIS rather than FOOR - perhaps I'm following the wrong descendants of Benjamin and Rachel (Foor) Bollinger... however, they both came from PA and were in Richland Co., Ohio where many Bedford County, Ohio FOOR's went.
