Mrs. Pavlovsky is survived by her husband of 34 years, Philip Pavlovsky; daughters Jacklyn Thomas of Valencia, Denise Thornton of Houston and Kari Burton of Lake Elsinore; sons Mike Foor of Seattle and Paul Foor of Aguanga; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 28, at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 1501 W. Florida Ave. in Hemet. Private inurnment is planned.

Miller-Jones is handling arrangements.

1895 - Will of Elijah Dove. The will of the late Elijah Dove was probated
here Thursday. It is dated Jan. 8, 1890, and is signed by J. W. Powers and
A. Middlesworth, respectively cashier and president of the First National
Bank, as witnesses. Theodore F. Dove of this city, a son of the deceased and
an attorney, is made executor and the entire estated, valued at from $25,000
to $30,000 -- is left to him in trust, to distribute as follows: Samuel
Dove, a son, $10; T. F. Dove, two-thirteenths of the estate; to each
remaining living child, one thirteenth of the estate. The part that would
have gone to two sons now dead, is to be given to their children, share and
share alike. The instrument provides that the executor is to have absolute
freedom of action, and can dispose of all real estate in such time and manner
as he deems best. He is given unlimited time in which to close up the
business and it is to be relieved of all and every legal restraint. [Daily

"T. F. Dove was born in Fairfield Co., Ohio in April of 1846. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, in 1871, lived in West Jefferson, Ohio, in 1872, and Mechanicsburg, Ohio, 1873-1874. He studied law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in Columbus. He began the practice of law in Danville, Illinois, in October 1876. On December 27, 1877, he married Alta Clark and is the father of 2 sons", taken from the Shelbyville Illinois Democrat, article in the 11 Jul 1891 edition of the Lancaster Gazette, "Genealogical Abstracts from The Lancaster (Ohio) Gazette, V4, 1891-1895", Fairfield County Gen., Society, March 1999, p 11.

Heirs listed were David Kramer; Catherine, wife of Levi Roads; Magdalena, wife of Henry Green; and minors Philip, John, Elizabeth, Rosanna and Rachel Kramer, "Partition Record Abstracts, V1, 1812-1851 Fairfield County, Ohio", Fairfield County Chapter OGS, 1987, p 12.

"Another family by the name of Kramer -- Louis, Philip, John, Michael, Adam,
Jacob, and George, all brothers, moved in with their families from
Pennsylvania, in 1807. Louis, who was a preacher of the United Brethren
Church, settled on Little Walnut creek, south of where Canal Winchester now
is, and soon after erected a saw and grist-mill there. Philip located in the
same vicinity, but afterwards removed to Hancock county. John settled a
short distance north of Winchester, and lived in the neighborhod unitl his
death, in 1853. His son, now living in Canal Winchester, was born in this
township, in 1808, and assisted in clearing much of the land north of the
village. Michael and Adam also settled in Madison, and Jacob and George in
Plain township" ["The History of Franklin and Pickaway Counties, Ohio",
Williams Bros., 1880, p 440] Article was in the Franklin county section.

Rev. Edna Grace Foor
The Rev. Mrs. Edna Grace FOOR, 79, Columbia City, died at 3:55 a.m. today in Whitley County Memorial hospital in Columbia City. She had been ill several months.
She was born Jan. 16, 1896 in Flint, Mich., to Walter and Amanda REYNOLDS ROBINSON. Her marriage was to the Rev. Ericus FOOR in January 1921 at Gladwin, Mich. He died in 1974. Mrs. Foor was granted a license to preach at the First Baptist church in Rochester. She served her first pastorate at the Jordon Baptist church in Argos five years. She retired from the pastorate in 1962 and moved to Columbia City.
Surviving are one son, Max R. [FOOR], of Areola; one daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Ruth) YANUSZESKI, Tri Lakes, Ind.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Otto ROBINSON, Detroit; one sister, Mrs. Faye DUBEY, Gladwin, Mich.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the J. A. DeMoney and Son funeral home in Columbia City. The Rev. Myron HINTON will officiate. Burial will be in the South Park cemetery near Columbia City. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday.

any Bloom Twp., cemetery. His wife died in 1941 and it states on her death
certificate she was buried in Lithopolis Cem., and there's no record of her

they were buried, they had no tombstone or it no longer exists. In 1942
there was a tombstone listing done by Charles Wagner, yet he found no stone
for her, either, as his transcription shows no Hedrick or similar spelling.

Clara Belle Howell, 88, of Rockford died Monday, August 5, 2002, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born December 15, 1913, in Ohio City, the daughter of the late Carl and Florence (Foor) Stover. She was married to Eugene McCoy, who died in 1941. She then married Russell Howell on December 24, 1942, and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2000.
Mrs. Howell was a housewife and a member of Rockford Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star, a past member of the Life Care Committee for Dorothy Love Retirement Home in Sidney and also served on the State Board of Trustees for Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services until 1987.
Survivors include four sons, Joe Allen (Dee) Howell and Thomas G. (Eleanor) Howell, both of Convoy, Ralph F. (Betty) Howell of Cape Coral, Fla., Larry (Ardith) Howell of Rockford; two brothers, D.W. (Ruth) Stover of Celina and Max R. (Betty) Stover of Fairfield; a brother-in-law, F. William Burtchim of Lima; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were three sisters, E. Lucille Bayles, Kathryn Irene Hill and Joan E. Burtchim, and two brothers-in-law, Francis "Hank" Bayles and Leroy J. Hill.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with the Rev. Karen Long officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling hours are 2-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rockford Presbyterian Church or to the donor's choice of charities.
