free of the Worshipful Company of Drapers, 17 Apr 1573; m/2 in St. Andrew
Hubbard 05 Nov 1573, Christopher Holmes, draper, formerly apprentice to her
first husband, John Wilson, who was also buried in St. Andrew Hubbard, 29 Oct
1589. Wilson's will dated 12 Mar 1572/3, proved 09 Jul 1573, calls him Citizen
and Draper of London, resident of the Parish of St. Andrew Hubbard."

From f/g sheet of James Elwood Jones, Box 43, Grelton, OH sent by Arlene Caster, 331 Haymarket St., W. Jefferson, OH 3/92. He states he m/1 Susan HELWICK, m/2 Kimel RACHE. I don't know who or which ch go to which marriage. His notes mention he came to OH ca 1815 and was in War of 1812.
Susanna SPANGLER, their granddaughter and s/o Enoch and Sarah, is listed with sponsors "Johannes & Susanna Hansal/Gansal". Am putting in "Johannes" as a possible first name for this individual.

John Gensel, the maternal grandfather of Nathaniel May, was a native of
Pennsylvania. He was an early pioneer of Jackson Township, Allen County,
Ohio. we do not know the name of his first wife who was the mother of his
children. The children mentioned in his will, written Feb. 12, 1861, were
"Gideon, son; my seven daughters - Lydia Spangler, Catherine May, Sarah
Spangler, Mary Linn, Phebe Haines, Elizabeth Mowery, and Anna Sharp." (From
Wills of Allen County Book B, page 320) John Gensel is buried in Fisher
Cemetery on Center Road, Section 34, Jackson Township, Allen County.
Wife Rachel is also mentioned in the will of John Gensel.
