She was born March 23, 1892, in Rockford, the daughter of Allen and Etta May McAdams Fast. She was married to Carl Hallard, who preceded her in death. Surviving are one foster son, Harold McAdams of Haviland, one sister, Mrs. Fern Sutton of Cho Chilla, Calif., two brothers, Lester Fast of Casa Grande, Ariz., and Reunzel Fast of Montgomery, Mich.; one grandchild and three great grandchildren.
