"To Samuel and Nancy Kramer there came first the addition of a daughter, who
was welcomed and greeted as a harbinger of future happiness. She was named
Sarah Eleanora; was pretty, intelligent, and precocious, quick to learn and
devoted, even as a child, to her parents and later, to her brothers and
sisters. Four years later came another little girl who was named Harriet
Loraine, partly in honor of her Aunt Harriet Bumbarger. To her friends she
was Hattie. Then after the passage of another two years, a third daughter
came to brighten the Kramer home, and she surely did brighten it with love
and cheerfulness. She was given the name of Elizabeth Irene, partly in honor
of her Aunt Elizabeth (Bumbarger) Edwards." "THE VILLAGE. MEMORIES OF

Chapter OGS, 1993, p 37. NOTE: This MAY be a typo and the person was really born in 1844 rather than 1834. (I changed it to 1843).

I have seen a site that showed an "Odelia SNYDER", b 26 Jul 1844 in Lithopolis, OH and died 02 Apr 1872 was the first wife of a Rev. Henry Burton MILLER b 11 Aug 1842 in PA and who died 26 Apr 1930 in OH. He was a member of the Lutheran church until 1886 and afterward, a minister in the Presbyterian church. Although the birthdates are different, I would assume at this time it's probably the same person as this "Odilia SCHNEIDER" I have in the database. Linda Garrett emailed me about the submission and said she got it from The Brenneman History, by Albert Gerberich in 1938; pages
414-415: Rev. Henry Burton Miller, b. 8-11-1842, d. 4-26-1930, m. 1st, Odelia Snyder, b. 7-26-1844, d. 4-2-1872, a native of Lithopolis, O.; 2d. Martha J. Brown of DeKalb, O., b. 10-16-1839, d. 2-22-1914. Two ch. by each marriage. He attended Wittenberg College with his brother, John. Rev. Miller was a member of the Lutheran Church till 1886, and thereafter a minister in the Presbyterian Church. He lived latterly at Alliance, OH.
