Families of the bride and groom were present for the ceremony which was read by Rev. Vernon Ridenour of Canal Winchester Lutheran church. Following the ceremony the couple left for a short wedding trip.

OBIT: SNYDER Margaret Lucille (Bowman) Snyder, age 88, of Lithopolis, died Sunday, February 5, 2006. She and her husband Sam Snyder owned and operated Snyder's Flowers in Lithopolis for over 40 years, member of David Evangelical Lutheran Church, and the OES Reber Chapter #161 for over fifty years. Lucille is survived by her daughter, Anne Blackwell; granddaughter, Tori "T.J." Wildermuth; great grandchildren, Lexi and Cameron Starner, and Regan Wildermuth. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Samuel H. Snyder, son William K. Snyder, and son-in-law, James R. Blackwell. Friends may visit 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 West Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, where funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with Rev. Randall O'Donnell and Rev. P.K. Fowler officiating. COLUMBUS: Gladys May Crumley, 90, of Columbus, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Mt. Carmel West.

She was born February 24, 1921, in Carroll, Ohio, the daughter of Frank and Nellie (Vorhees) Cofman. Gladys was a long-time member of St. John's Evangelical Church.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harold Dwain Crumley, whom she married November 18, 1945; daughter, Janet (Frank) Hawkins; grandchildren, Jennifer Hawkins, and George (Dawn) Hawkins; and great-grandson, Matthew.

She was preceded in death by two brothers; and three sisters.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 10 from 2-4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home, 2697 Columbus Street, Grove City. Funeral services will take place Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Betzer Cemetery near Carroll.

A retired realtor, she worked for Brad Solt and then the Ken Realty Co. Jackie is survived by her daughters, Kristin Aileen (Jerry) Culp of Canal Winchester, Karen Ann (Jack) Shallcross of Independence, OH, and Katrina Linda (Jim) Conway of Columbus and McArthur; grandchildren, Patrick (Boni) Culp of Blacklick, Vincent Culp of Canal Winchester, Melissa Culp (Jeff) Davis of Canal Winchester, Michael Shallcross of Tucson, AZ, John Shallcross of Royal Oak, MI, Heather Conway (Jeremy) Case of McArthur; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kyle, and Kurtis Culp, Chloe Davis, and Gavin Case; sister-in-law, Helen Johnson Smith; and brother-in-law, Gerry Foley; nephews, Parke and David Smith, Duncan Foley; and niece, Joan Foley Follmer. aged seven years six months and fifteen days (son of Dutton Lance
late of said township decsed) as an apprentice to the said Jesse D.
Courtright to be taught the art trade mistery and occupation of husbandry and farmering, and to live with and serve him as an apprentice for the term of thirteen years five months and fifteen days from the date of these presents that is to say, until he, the said apprentice, shall arrive at, and be of,
age of twenty one years, which the said overseers are informed, and believe will happen on the twenty fourth day of March, in the year, one thousand, eight hundred, and thirty eight, of the said Samuel Lane so long lives And the said overseers, do, by these presents, give unto him, the said J.D. passed away Sunday night at the age of sixty-one years following a long

Mrs. Elsie Mae FOOR, aged 62, passed away at her home five miles north of this city, 8:15 o'clock Sunday evening. Death resulted from dropsy after an illness of four months duration.

Elsie Mae [SCHOOLCRAFT], daughter of James M. and Phoebe SCHOOLCRAFT, was born on a farm in the Mt. Zion neighborhood on March 5th, 1869, and had been a resident of Fulton county for practically all of her life. On Dec. 24th, 1889 she was united in marriae to Parlee E. FOOR, who survives. Mrs. Foor was a member of the Sand Hill Methodist church. Surviving with the husband are five sons, Osa V. [FOOR], of Frankfort, Dof FOOR of this city, Jesse L. [FOOR], of Kingsbury, Ind., James D. [FOOR], of Wanatah and Harold [FOOR], at home; two brothers, Leroy SCHOOLCRAFT, of Oaks, N.D., Billie SCHOOLCRAFT, of Evergreen, Texas, a sister Mrs. Edna BATS, of Oak, N.D., and five grandchildren.

Short services will be held at the house at 1:20 followed by services at the Metodist church in Rochester at 2 o'clock. Rev. R. L. SHURTE, assisted by Rev. T. L. STOVALL, will be in charge. Burial will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.

Tuesday, March 1, 1932 - Funeral services for Mrs. P. E. FOOR, who died Sunday evening at her home five miles north of the city will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Methodist church in Rochester. Short services will also be held at the house at 1:30. Rev. S. L. SHORTE will be in charge and will be assisted by Rev. T. L. STOVALL. Burial will be made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.

SWOYER Dorothy E. Swoyer, age 87, of Marcy, died Tuesday, September 30, 2003, at Pickaway Manor Care Center in Circleville. She was the owner and operator of the Marcy Store, a member of Marcy Trinity Lutheran Church and the Naomi Circle, also Pickaway and Canal Winchester Senior Centers. Dorothy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Ann and Gary Hoover of Ashville; daughter-in-law, Jan Swoyer of Laurelville; grandchildren, Cathy (Matt) Burden, Debbie Bryant, Brenda (Scott) Shives, Jay (Naomi) Swoyer, Marcy (Fred) Goad, Jeff Swoyer, Kyle (Samantha) Swoyer; and 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Francis ''Pete'' (Ann) Williamson of Canal Winchester; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Don, son Harley, grandson Michael Hoover, and her parents Kirby and Ruth Williamson. Friends may visit 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 West Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Marcy Trinity Lutheran Church, 9980 Marcy Road, Ashville, Ohio 43103, with Pastor Paul Koehler, officiating. Interment Lithopolis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends can contribute to Marcy Trinity Lutheran Church or Pickaway County Hospice, 600 Pickaway Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113 in Dorothy's memory.
