Lithopolis Woman is Named Defendant in $10,000 Alienation Suit Entered in Local Court Today. Value of her husband's affection were today appraised at $10,000 by Millie Kesler, wife of a Lithopolis restaurant proprietor who has entered suit in the Fairfield Common please court for damages in that sum against Mary E. Clark for alienation of his affections. Recently Mrs. Kesler brought suit in the local court for divorce. Her petition filed today recites that she has lost the society, affection and services of her husbnad Alvy Kesler, because he was enticed away by the defendant and that she has been shamed and dishonored by her husband's alleged conduct. The defendant, Mary Clark, owns certain real estate, the value of which Mrs. Kesler says she is not aware and asks that the defendant be restrained by the court from disposing of the property. Her petition includes the allegation that on January 1, 1928, the alleged partnership in the restaurant business was formed and on or about May 22 the defendant and the plaintiff's husband went to Carey, Ohio, remaining three days. She further charges her husband has neglected and abused her to such an extent that she was forced to institute the divorce proceedings against him. Attorneys G. C. Raver and Jno. H. Cooper represent the plaintiff. LANCASTER DAILY GAZETTE, Lancaster, Ohio, January 4, 1929, p 1.

formerly Clinton county agent, was bringing his two daughters, Midlred and

demolished the Wise car. No one was hurt and as Mr. and Mrs. Clifford
