Her siblings were all deceased, and listed in her estate papers as "left as her next of kin nephews and nieces being the children and their representatives of her deceased four brothers and one sister namely Frederick Baugher and Catharine Wildermuth and Henry Baugher and John Baugher and Samuel Baugher.". John is further shown as having left nine children, three of whom are dead... and lists them in Schedule E. The heirs of John Baugher include the heirs of David Baugher who were Jennie Wright and Wesley Baugher.

Mildred G. Hoy, 63, Cedar Hill Road, Lancaster, passed away Saturday, April 15, 1995.
She was a member of Lithopolis American Legion Post 677 Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son, Kris (Donna) Hoy of Lancaster; a daughter Fran (Wince) Hale of Logan; three grandchildren, Kristi Lemley, Aaron Hoy and Ryan Spires; father, Roy L Crist of Canal Winchester; two brothers, Donald (Verna) Crist of Pataskala, Daniel (Liz) Crist of Indiana; two sisters, Martha White of Oregon and Margaret (Gene) Calvin of Wilkesville; and special friends, Mary and Pearl Miller of Lancaster.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene E. Hoy and a sister Jean Lyons.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Taylor Funeral Home Amanda, with the Rev. John Michels officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions to Hospice of Fairfield County.

She was formerly employed with Kelly Services, and was an active member of David's United Church of Christ. She was a charter member of Kids and Care O.C.C.L., and was president of the LAFAA. Survived by daughter, Belinda Sue (Greg) Kline, Canal Winchester; son, Christopher Lee Smith, Houston, TX; grandchildren, Jami, Jeremy and Rebecca Kline; great-granddaughter, Jada Leigh; mother, Mildred Poteat, Salisbury, NC; sister, Lorene (Caleb) Barnhardt, Indian Trails, NC; brothers, Rayford (Nancy) Poteat, Charlotte, NC, Eugene (Betsy) Poteat, Pittsburgh, PA, Milton (Tena) Poteat, Villa Rica, GA; aunt, Evelyn Gardner, Canal Winchester; nieces and nephews.
