Ralph Keller Blubaugh II, 42, Berlin, died Aug. 9, 2010, at Somerset Hospice House, Somerset. Born Jan. 31, 1968 in Somerset son of Ralph Keller and Mary Kathryn (Griffith) Blubaugh. Preceded in death by paternal grandfather Herbert Blubaugh, maternal grandparents, Roy Griffith and Naomi Griffith-Hetrick. Survived by parents of Friedens, wife the former Julia Adele Foor, to whom he was married 13 years, sons: Cole, Ryan and Eric Blubaugh, sister and brother: Susan Cole and husband Ron of Scottsdale, Ariz., Brian Blubaugh and wife Shana of Somerset, paternal grandmother Lucille Anderson of Friedens, father-in-law and mother-in-law John and Mary Sue Foor of Berlin, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Matthew Foor and wife Heather of Berlin. Ralph was a 1986 graduate of Somerset High School. He was owner/operator of his own trucking business for 10 years and later worked for James F. Barron Trucking. He attended St. Paul's Presbyterian Church and enjoyed spending time with his boys, hunting and watching Steelers and Pens games. Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where a service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 13, with the Rev. Keith M. Fink officiating. 1905 - Miss Hattie Osborn, wife of Mr. Thomas Osborn, died at her home, 93 South Second street, on Wednesday morning about 6 o'clock after an illness of only one week with pneumonia. She was aged about 18 years and was a consistent member of the Church of Christ. Besides her husband, she leaves a mother, Mrs. George McDermott, and three sisters, Misses Bessie, Daisy and Goldie Hall, all of this city. The funeral will take place from the Church of Christ on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, services conducted by the Rev. H. Newton Miller. Interment will be made in Cedar Hill cemetery. "Perry Murnan Buried - The funeral of W. P. Murnan, who died Friday at the state hospital... For more than 50 years Mr. Murnan had made his home in Shelbyville... He was born near London, IN, Sept. 15, 1836. In 1863 he was united in marriage to Miss Mary Jane Jolly of KY. To this union 5 children were born. Three sons, William Harry and George Murnan, are dead. The surviving daughters are Mrs. Otto Sands, Shelbyville, and Mrs. John Foreman, Kansas City, MO. Mrs. Murnan died Feb. 12, 1920. For three years prior to her death, she and her husband made their home with their daughter, Mrs. Sands. After the death of his wife, Mr. Murnan continued to live with his daughter until about a month ago when he was taken to the state hospital for treatment." For 32 years, she owned her own dance studio in Duncanville, "Sandra Williams School of Dance", where she touched the hearts of her former students. All who knew and loved her affectionately called her "Miss Sandra". Preceded in death by her first-born infant son, she is survived by her husband of 43 years, Louis Joseph Williams, Sr.; son, Louis Joseph Williams, Jr. & wife Stephanie; daughter, Kathleen Hunt & husband Stace; grandchildren, Mitchell Z, Caroline Ruth & Ashton Kay; brothers, Neal Farmer & wife Mary Frances and E.A. Young; brother-in-law, James Williams & wife Linda; sister-in-law, Valarie Reynolds & husband John; special family friend, Mark Harris, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
