He is survived by his wife, Vicki; children, James (Cristy Irwin) Bay, Randy (Stacey) Bay, and Amy (Josh Johnston) Bay; grandchildren, Wesley, Todd, Sadie, Killian, Shelby, Logen, Alex, and Darren; brother, Lloyd (Linda Rapp) Bay; and nieces, Karyn and Terra.
Charlie was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Bay; son, Darren Bay; and granddaughter, Faith Alexandria.

Alice M. (Foor) Raushi, age 86, wife of the late Michael Raushi, of Upper Providence, formerly Spring City, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Parkhouse Providence Pointe. Born in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Jason and Edith (MacIrwin) Foor.
Mrs. Raushi was a member of Grace Assembly of God. She worked as a waitress for the Vale Rio Diner in Phoenixville from 1961-2001. She enjoyed attending Church as well as reading.
Mrs. Raushi is survived by one daughter, Carla J. Cruise; three step-daughters, Jacqueline Gregg, Michele Pinder, and Jean Raushi; one brother, Robert M. Foor; three grandsons, Michae Cruise, Daniel Cruise, and Matthew, husband of Christine Cruise; nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by nine siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Grace Assembly of God, 1271 W. Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475 on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. J. Clayton Sheridan III. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall. Friends will be received at the Church from 10-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association , 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Arrangements are being handled by the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Phoenixville. Condolences may be offered online by visiting www.PhoenixvilleFuneralHome.com.

Mrs. Stover had been in failing health for the past year. Born Jan. 11, 1893, in Van Wert Co., she was a daughter of William J. and Annabelle (Cunningham) Foor. She was married Mar. 12, 1913, to Carl C. Stover. He died April 18, 1959. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Russell (Clara Belle) Howell of Rt. 2, Rockford; Mrs. Francis (Lucille) Bayles of Willshire; Mrs. Leroy (Irene) Hill of Lincoln Park, Mich.; and Mrs. William (Joan) Burtchin of Lima; two sons, D. W. Stover of Celina, and Max Stover of Fairfield. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Brubaker and Mrs. Inez Schaadt, both of Van Wert; one brother, Dr. Clifford G. JOHNSON Betty Jean Johnson, 80, of Carroll, Oh., passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009, at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, Ky. Betty had been a resident of Christian Health Center in Corbin. She previously lived with her daughter, Lora, in London, Ky., while re-cooperating from a brief illness. Betty was born in Middleport, Oh., October 28, 1928 to the late Wesley Truman and Helen Fox Lewis. She was a homemaker and devoted wife and mother. She also retired from working the polls at the Betzer Cemetery and the Lithopolis Fire Department with over 30 years service. She also participated in the Eagle-Gazette baking contests, placing in some of the events with her yummy deserts. Betty was involved in the Bloom-Carroll band boosters while her children attended school. She attended the Carroll Senior Citizens meetings every month, always treating everyone with her delicious cooking and baking. She also loved quilting and embroidering, especially for her family. Betty is survived by her son, David L. Johnson of Rushville, Oh.; daughter, Lora Johnson Marcum and husband, Ed of London, Ky.; grandchildren, Jon (Noreen) Marcum of Lexington, Ky. and Jessica (Lee) Bill of London, Ky.; great-grandchildren, Michael Edward Marcum, Ashton Lee Bill and Kara Ann Bill. Betty's surviving siblings are James (Sandra) Lewis, Charles Richard (Carol) Lewis, Janice (Jack) Hastings and June Woods. She is also survived by brother-in-law, Dale Johnson; sisters-in-law, Doris Johnson, Eileen Cartwright, Ruth Smith, Della Sauer and Nancy Prater; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Roy Herman Johnson, brothers John, William and Steven Lewis, sisters Ina Lewis, Gladys Spencer, and Peggy Darst. Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 West Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester, where funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. James Blaylock officiating. Interment Betzer Cemetery, Carroll, Oh. William Henry, of East Pitt Street passed away at his home July 7 of a
valvular condition of the heart. He was born in East Providence Township on
December 31, 1852, a son of John and Mary Manspeaker, and united in marriage
with Susan King on January 1, 1878. She died last December. Two sons and
three daughters survive: Chalmer W. and Frank W. Manspeaker of this place;
Mrs Estella B. Jackson of Richmond, Cal; Mrs Mary A. Barclay of Thompsontown;
also two brothers and three sisters: David Manspeaker and Mrs. Janette Foor
of Six Mile Run; Mrs. Gertrue Leary of Dudley; Mrs. Sarah Hinish of
Breezewood and Robert Manspeaker of Hopewell. Funeral services were conducted
Tuesday morning by his pastor, Rev. Walter H. Williams, of the Methodist
Church at the home of his son, Frank W Manspeaker, and internment made in
Everett Cemetery.
