NOTE: No Peter "FELLER(S)" can be found in the area, and the only Peter of
his age in the area is this Peter KELLER. However, it appears to be the
correct family due to the ages and names of the children, and because the
person listed before them is a Joseph KELLER (Joseph Feller, their son), and
then the family listed after them is Samuel FELLER, and after Samuel, Moses
FELLER. Possibly the census taker 'heard' Keller rather than Feller when
jotting the info down.

POBurial/DOB: "Cemeteries of Greenfield Township, Fairfield Co., Ohio", Fairfield County Gen. Society, 1988, p 26. Birth figured from death at 81y 6m 18d. Rev. War soldier, DAR marker.
POB: via email in March 2001 with Judith Flinn, who cites her sources as DAR records and 1830 census. She supplied me with the following information: Dar Lineage Book V.50 under National #49662, served as a private in the Revolutionary War. He apparently received the title of Capt. after the War. Brought his family to Fairfield County in 1799. His lands were patented to him in 1809 but the deed was not recorded until 1885 in Deed Book 56, page 211. He settled first near Hooker but soon entered land in Section 19, Township 15, Range 19, Greenfield Township. In 1801 a land grant certificate dated 30 Nov. was issued in Chillicothe Land Office to William McFarland for 510 acres in Fairfield County, Northwest Territory. His will, dated 29 March 1826, was probated on 10 Sept 1839 and is recorded in Will Book 3,p.46. It mentions wife Rebecca, sons Walter, John (deceased),John's sons William, Robert, and Walter, daughters Rebecca Parker, Margaret McFarland, Jane Trout(deceased), Jane's children Rebecca, Margaret and Noah, and Elizabeth Courtright. Other sources include "The Ohio Eagle"(Lancaster newspaper)"List of Letters 1807-1814", 1820 Census.
Case #2019 - estate of William McFarland. Will written March 29, 1826, filed 1826 (1839?) and recorded in Will Book 3, p 46. Heirs by will: wife Rebecca; son Walter; daughter Rebecca Parker; daughter Margarete; grandchildren Rebecca, Margarete and Noah Traut who were children of his deceased daughter Jane Traut; daughter Elizabeth Courtright; grandsons William, Robert and Walter McFarland who were sons of his deceased son, John McFarland. William McFarland owned land in section 19, township 15, range 19, part of which he deeded to son John in 1808.
