LOCATION: 1921 - Archie Foor, aged 17, a well known Everett boy, is confined to the Nason Hospital, Roring Spring, suffering from serious gun shot wounds of the right chest and the loss of his left thumb as a result of one of the first hunting accidents in the Everett vicinity. Foor was out for a days hunting and was hustling through a grove near Everett when he stumbled and accidently discharged his shot gun, which he carried in his left hand, the shot blowing off his left thumb and tearing a hole in the right chest. The shot did not penetrate the lung, however, and unless unexpected complications arise, the hospital authorities are expecting him to recover. THORNVILLE: Margaret Louise (Imler) Green-Milliser, age 70, of Thornville, OH passed away Tuesday July 28, 2009 at the Autumn at the Lake Healthcare, Thornville, OH.
Margaret was born on April 28, 1939 to the late Arthur H. and Nora D. Imler. She is a life member of the Buckeye Lake Eagles Post 2801; member of the Moose Lodge Thornport, OH; a longtime player on CB radio known by "Hurricane Marg"; and loved to play BINGO.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Green; step-children, Edward Milliser, Rose (Mike) Barnhart, and Paulette Presley; sister, Esther Simpson; grandchildren, Greg (Kristen Knox) Green and Steven Smith; great grandson, Hayden Green; eight step-grandchildren; 14 step-great grandchildren; and one step-great-great grandson.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Milliser; daughter, Karen Smith; granddaughter, Chrissy Smith; grandson, Timothy Lamp; and sister, Mabel Ferguson.
Funeral service will be Friday July 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Boring-Sheridan Funeral Home, 56 S. Main St. Thornville, OH with Pastor Jim Addy officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at the Betzer Cemetery, Lockville, OH.

Ephriam Neuder, 73, Robertsdale, died Tuesday, October 4, 2005, at his home.
Born April 30, 1932, in Robertsdale, he was the son of the late James and Edna Blanche (Foore) Neuder.
He worked in a feed mill in Baltimore, Md., until his retirement.
During his life, he enjoyed collecting and repairing clocks. He also enjoyed doing word searches and watching boxing and game shows. He also enjoyed antique cars and loved spending time with his family.
He attended school in Broad Top and at Laurel Grove in Cooks.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was married to Phyllis Jean (Hall) Neuder on June 5, 1956, in Baltimore, Md.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters: Kathy Bishop, Saxton, and Lenora Watkins, McConnellsburg; a son, Ephriam Eugene Neuder, Bedford; grandchildren: Denny, Brandy, Jessica; great-grandchildren: Hayley, Michael and Colton; two brothers: Lester Ross Neuder Sr., Harrisonville, and John Neuder, Saxton; three sisters: Mary Parks, Doylesburg; Minnie Wolfe, Chambersburg, and Alice Swope, Robertsdale.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Edgar, Jimmy and William Nelson Neuder; a sister, Elda Neuder, and a grandson, Shawn Watkins.
Funeral services were held at Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc., Broad Top, Saturday, October 8, at 10:00 a.m. Burial was made in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cooks.

"Doug", as all his family and friends knew him, was born on January 5, 1948 in Oak Hill, Oh. He was the first child of the late Elmer Patrick and Sylvia Carter Patrick. He was a member of the 1966 graduating class of Oak Hill High School. Doug served in the United States Army from 1967-69, where his tour of duty as a medic took him to Okinawa, Japan for 18mo. He was employed by Conrail for 13 years as a welder and then retired from Columbia Gas of Ohio after 13 years of service as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of: Peace Lutheran Church of Gahanna, Lockbourne Lodge #232 F&AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, a life member of Amvets Post #2256, and the American Legion Post #677. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed restoring antique tractors. However, what Doug loved to do most of all was to take care of his "Little Rylie", and participate as a corner man/ trainer for his son, Kyle's, boxing team. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Patrick. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Goldie Belcher Patrick; daughter, Lori (Jeffrey) Brackett of Canal Winchester; son, Kyle D. Patrick of Columbus; grandchildren, Rylie Grace and Keaton Douglas Brackett; mother, Sylvia Carter Patrick of Oak Hill; brothers, Al (Mila) Patrick of Columbus and Charles Patrick of Jackson; sisters, Sandra (Ronald) Miller of Fairborn and Debra (Dan) Noble of Bainbridge; several nieces and nephews, extended family, and many dear friends. Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 4 at DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester. She was born June 18, 1919 to the late Arthur and Eva Stebelton in Lithopolis, OH and was baptized February 29, 1920. On May 25, 1936, she married Luther Paul, Rarey, who is deceased.
Preceded in death by son, Donald Rarey; two grandchildren, Martie Ann Mapes and Ronald Beam; three brothers, Elwood, Ernest and William; four sisters, Gladys, Amy, Corrine and Janine.
Survivors include her five children: Geneva and Dale Williams, of Mansfield, OH, Paul and Sherry Rarey of London, OH, Arthur and Sandy Rarey of Galion, Carol and Rodney Neal of Grove City and Harold and Becky Rarey of Bradenton, FL; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Margaret loved her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, crocheting, traveling and the Cincinnati Bengals. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield, OH, where she was a member of the Susanna Circle of the United Methodist Women.
Friends and family may visit the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St. Canal Winchester, OH 43110 on Friday, September 19, from 11-1:00pm. A funeral service officiated by Rev. Kent Joy and Rev. Paul Lintern will begin at 1:00pm on Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.
