NOTE: No linkage to existing lineages known at this time. There is the possibility that this Robert was born about 1916 and the son of Carl Franklin and Effie B. (DISHONG) FOOR. Reasons? 1. I have no further info on that Robert b abt 1916, 2. This Robert J. Foor married a FEATHERS, and Aldon Foor, another son of Carl Franklin Foor, also married a FEATHERS. Also, there was a mention in the newspaper that an "Eleanor Lee Foor" was visiting her cousins, LaDonna Kae Foor and Bonnie Rae Foor. The parentage for Eleanor Lee Foor was already established, and she did have an uncle Robert but I had no further information on him. I merged the two Robert's in July 2005.
