Two Rodney W. Foor's are listed in Bay Co., Michigan, Online Property Tax index. One is listed as Sr., the other as Jr., and both appear to have purchased property on the same road on October 21, 1999. Am assuming at this time they they are father and son.

Rodney W. Jr.'s entry is shown with Janine Foor.

"Bay County Families Welcome Aditions", Nov. 26, 2003. "Children like 23-month-old Jenna, being adopted by Rod and Janine Foor. Jenna is the couple's third child, but they also have three foster children living with them that they plan to adopt very soon.

"We feel that from the day she walked into our lives that she was ours," Rod Foor said between sobs. "And I thank God for her."

For cousin Devyn Foor, 4, it was a little simpler.

'I'm Foor and she's Foor,' Devyn said. Or did she mean four?" Article was about National Adoption Day. [Bay City News, Bay City, Nov. 26, 2003]

[28236] DOB: From Elvin Ogg via February 2007 email.

GLADWIN-Gladwin will be proudly welcoming back another
hero this week as U.S. Army Private Zachary J. Haines
comes home on a 30-day leave following an injury
received while on duty in Iraq.

Private Haines was deployed to Iraq in October, where
he served as a Bradley driver. While on a mission on
Dec. 27, Private Haines' vehicle hit an IED. Although
Private Haines and two other fellow soldiers were able
to escape the vehicle alive, the impact of the
explosion left Private Haines with a fractured back,
injuries to his arm from scrap metal, and third degree
