OBIT: Mrs. Fannie E. Phelps, 83, wife of John C. Phelps, 112 E. Elm St., Sabina, died at 3 p.m. Saturday in her residence. She was born in Greencastle, Ohio, to Thomas H. and Minerva Sellers [sic] Courtright, and had spent most of her life in the Sabina community. Mrs. Phelps was a member of Presbyterian Church of Greencastle, Eastern Star of St. Paris and had served on the Sabina Library board for a number of years. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Ruth) Fitzwater, Sidney, whose husband was band directof of Washington C. H. schools for a number of years, and Mrs. Frances newcomer, of Florham Park, NJ; six grandchildren and a great grandchild. Mrs. Phelps was the last surviving member of her family. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Littleton Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester B. Woosley, pastor of Sabina United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Lithopolis Cemetery. [T79743] Fredric Currie Stewart-Magee reunited at last with his beloved Patty Ann. Died May 9, 2005 bringing an end to a love story that spanned 4 continents and 50 years. Born October 26, 1934 in Seattle, Washington.
Spent an eventful childhood with sister Kathleen and Brother Sumner. Traveled to the Middle East with his family in the early 50's. Fred met Patty in Morocco and married her is Casablanca in 1955.
He served his country in the Army Corps of Engineers. Moving their household from Morocco to Iran to Ohio, Fred and Patty brought 4 children into the world - Elizabeth, Kevin, Margaret and John.
They loved and entertained grandchildren Daniel, Jessica, Zeppa and Zo. They nurtured and taught those children from birth to maturity.
Wife Pat, son John and parents Sumner and Ruth now wait to greet him.
Fred worked in construction, civil engineering and for the City of Columbus in the Building Development Services. Retired after 30 years of service for the City of Columbus.
Fred is survived by his children, brother and sister, sister-in-law Donna, brother-in-law Jack, extended family Karen, Frank and Mark.
Everyday of life was an adventure with Fred. If you were not along for the ride, I hope you had the pleasure of the story.
Service will be held Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 3 pm. at North Broadway United Methodist Church were friends may call 2 hours prior to service. Pastors Patty Wagner and Ed Lewis officiating.
Arrangements by DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, Pickerington.
Contributions may be made to Riverside Hospice in Fred and Pat's Memory.

OBIT found on funeral home website. Unsure where the hyphenated name comes in at as his parents are not mentioned in the obituary. Perhaps his wife's maiden name was Magee, and once married, they both took the name "Stewart-Magee". No last names mentioned for siblings, either, or other related survivors such as sister and brother-inlaws.
