PEER Eva Elizabeth Peer, age 92, of Groveport, died August 6, 2003. She was a member of Groveport Presbyterian Church and a graduate of Columbus South High School. Eva is survived by her grandson and his wife, Scott and Lori Peer of Canal Winchester; great-grandchildren, Alex and Andrea Peer; daughter-in-law, Caroline Peer; nieces, Norma Lewis of Columbus, and Ann Martin of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Peer, son Don Peer (July 15, 2003), grandson David Peer, sister Elsie Sharp, and brother George Anthony. Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2003, at the Groveport Presbyterian Church, 275 College Street, Groveport, Ohio 43215, with Rev. Pamela McCalla officiating. Interment will follow at Lithopolis Cemetery. If lieu of flowers friends may contribute to Groveport Presbyterian Church in Eva's memory. Arrangements by DWAYNE R. 1937 - Charles Russell, Elmore, age 28, residing at 1500 south 21st street, died at 5:15 a.m. today in Mercy Hospital. He became ill Tuesday and was removed to the hospital Thursday for an operation. A son of Edward and Carrie Elmore, he was born Oct. 8, 1909 in Sharpsville. He was twice married, the second time to Miss Garnett Foor, who survives. Also surviving are two children, Carrie Mae and Howard Russell; his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Elmore, and three step-brothers, James Buckley, Elwood; William Switzer, Kokomo, and Ed Switzer, Providence, R.I. he had resided in Elwood practically all of his life and was an employe of the Carnegie-Illinois Steel Corporation. He was a member of the Church of God. The body was removed to the Robert L. Jackley funeral home. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Church of God, with Rev.
