Will written 30 Dec 1829 a few months before his death and filed at Fairfield County, Ohio, will book #2, page 270. Executors of his estate, case #711, were his sons Peter of Fairfield County, and Jacob of Pickaway County. Wafe was Catharina. His children were Peter, Daniel, John, David, Jacob, Maria and Catharina. His wife Catharina had an oldest daughter named Sally SOLD (probably SOLT?). Jacob owned land in sec 30, twp 14, range 20 and also in sec 36, twp 10, range 21. "Fairfield County Wills and Estate Abstracts, Cases 501-1000", Fairfield County Gen. Society, June 1997, p 21.
