Jean was an avid OSU fan and a volunteer at the Tulsa Air & Space Museum. She loved square dancing. Most of all she loved being a wife and mother.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wade D. Foor, Jr; brother, A. C. Booth, Jr.; two sisters, Doris Berglund and Fran Porter. Survived by daughter, Louann Foor of Sand Springs, OK; son, Wade Foor of Tulsa, OK, and daughter, Carol Foor of Tulsa, OK; many nieces and nephews.

Klinger of Dixon. Mrs. Ethel Foor of Decatur, IN, asks $15,877.23, her son, john Foor, 11, seeks $2000, and Lelila Kiggins of Convoy asks $10,281.40. The plaintiss were passengers in an auto driven by Orval Foor of Decatur which collided with a car driven by the defendant at the intersection of the Wolfecale and Kings Church roads. Survivors include his parents; siblings, Kyle, Ashley, Brittany and Damion; paternal great-grandmother, Lillie Howard; paternal grandfather, Porter (Peggy) Fugate; paternal grandmother, Brenda (Lee) Shade; maternal grandmother, Mary Shumaker; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 10 to noon Thursday at Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, Canal Winchester, with funeral services at noon. Interment will follow at Lithopolis Cemetery.

Ralph is survived by his beloved partner, Jo Ann Ebert; son, Ralph R. (Vonda) Palmer; daughter, Debbie (Red) Dills; grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie Palmer; great-grandchildren; sisters, Ethel McFarland and Shirley (Joe) Muklewicz and brother, Jim (Linda) Palmer.

Friends may visit Monday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM (and I hour prior to funeral service), at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH, where the funeral service will be held 12:00 Pm, Tuesday. Interment Lithopolis Cemetery. Contributions to the Captial City Humane Society or the Pickering House.
